Gridplate – Ranux System

ranux – Grid Plate – the foundation for precision and flexibility

Our ranux system forms the basis of workpiece clamping. It can be used both on a zero-point clamping system and directly on the machine table.

On the machine table:
Whether with a zero-point clamping system, vise, or clamps—achieve short setup times and flexible clamping with maximum repeatability.

On the zero-point clamping system:
The ranux plate is compatible with a wide variety of zero-point clamping systems.
When using multiple plates, complex or irregularly shaped parts can be set up offline—outside the machine—while another workpiece is being machined, maximizing machine utilization and productivity.

Your benefits:

  • Fast setup thanks to extremely precise positioning.
  • Versatile options for flexible clamping—even of irregularly shaped parts—thanks to the 48 mm grid pattern.
  • Protective radii on the locating holes are resistant to damage and prevent jamming of the centering pins.
  • Interchangeable threaded inserts in M6, M8, M10, M12, and M16 (special threads available on request).
  • Multiple plates can be precisely joined using connecting elements to cover the full size of the machine table. Shifting is eliminated—even under high loads.
